1.1. Site presentation

What is the On Demand ?

The On Demand proposes a new sales model. This site allows you to create your personalized version of your album, by selection of your tracks and the design of your Cd, by way the format of the audio files for the download! Without forgetting the merchandising of your favourite Artiste or Label.

Which kind of purchases can I make ?

You can choose to buy Cd personalized by an Artist or by a Label which will be delivered to you at home with the artwork (image on your Cd), the packaging (packaging of your Cd), the tracklisting (4 pages personalized according to the choice and the order of the defined tracks), and if you wish the bonus of your choice. You can also choose to download it, with the format of your choice in audio WAVE (44.1 kHz) or MP3 320 kpbs !

1.2. Selections

Can I save « My selection » ?

When you create a selection of tracks of the album, you can save it at any time so as to be able to find it later (button "Save"); it allows you to create several selections, and to choose the one that you prefer, or still to leave the site without buying, and to buy your selection whenever you want.

Can I Named « My selection » ?

You can of course give different names to each of your selections to be able to distinguish them later.

In what section can I find it ?

Your selection will be saved in «My infos» which you can get back thanks to the link at the top of every page, then ?Backup?. You will find your various selections under the name there which you gave them.

II. CD SELECTION AND DIGITAL SELECTION

2.1. Tracklisting

What is the Tracklisting ?

The "tracklisting" is the catalog which lists all the available tracks of the Artist or Label. It allows you to choose tracks and to make your selection. When you select a track for your Cd selection, an icon Cd displays next to this one in the "tracklisting". When you add this track to your digital selection, an icon of computer displays. If you add the track in both selections, you see both icons displaying.

How many tracks there is ?

The number of available tracks depends on every Artist or Label. It is to be modified according to the current events of the artist or the label.

May I sort out or filter the tracklisting ?

Above the tracklisting are 2 buttons, Artists and to Sort out by....

When you click "Artists", appears a drop-down menu with the name of the Artists who appear in the tracklisting. For an Artist; main Artist more Featuring or participants. For a Label; all the Artists of the Label.

By clicking ?Sort out by? you can sort out in alphabetical order the tracks or by release date.

How can I listen the tracks ?

Click one of the tracks of the "tracklisting" to listen it in the "player" which is just located next size down. You can use your hot keys (arrows high and low) to navigate on the tracklisting page.

Thanks to the cursor you can move in front / back in your listening and adjust the sound volume.

What is the duration of a sample ?

According to the choice of the artist, you can listen to every title either through an extract of some seconds, or in its entirety, as often as you wish it in degraded version ( 64 Kbps).

Are the tracks in listening on the site are of the same quality as those whom I buy ?

The tracks in the listening are in degraded version, once the purchase made, you can listen to them in optimal quality. According to your choice; audio Wave 44.1 Hz in studio quality or Mp3 320 Kbps the highest available quality in lighter format.

How can I select tracks of the tracklisting ?

You can realize your choice by bringing by drag-and-drop (click, slide and put down) the tracks of the "Tracklisting" towards the "My Cd " area to create " My selection ", or " My digital ", if you wish to download them.

Am I limited in numbers of tracks for my purchase ?

The Cd selection is of course limited by the physical format, which allows in recording to be optimal "only"74 minutes of music by disk... It is the reason for which we suggest you creating a double CD!

The transfer to the second Cd is automatically made according to the duration of the various tracks.

Can I choose the order of the tracks on my Cd ?

You can modify at any time the order of the tracks on your Cd, on same principle as that used to realize the selection, by drag-and-drop (click, slide and put down), by moving them directly in " My selection ".

Buying several tracks allows me to have free stuff ?

For a promotional operation, the Artist or the Label can offer free stuffs from a specific amount of sales.

It will be clearly specified on the platform.

A track which is selected in « My Cd » can also be present in « My Digital » ?

Naturally, a track can be selected 2 times, in "My Cd" and " My digital".

You just have to make a drag-and-drop of the track from the "tracklisting" towards the concerned area.

You can check that a title is already a part or not of one of your selection thanks to the icon in the shape of Cd or of computer in the "tracklisting".

Do I have the choice of the digital format ?

In the section " My digital" you have the choice between two formats: audio WAVE (44.1 kHz) or MP3 320 kbps or only the one both.

What is the difference between those formats ?

The tracks in audio WAVE (44.1 kHz) is the optimal reference format; the studio format . This format requires a more important flow, its download will thus be longer and it will take more space on your hard disk.

The MP3 is a lighter format, which is its quality is lesser than that of the audio WAVE (44.1 kHz), but its flow is it also.

How can I follow the steps and the cost of my creation ?

Your "Cart" is real time updated during your selection, what allows you to follow the total cost of your purchases permanently, below on the right of the window, as well as the sub-totals for every support, Cd and digital. Moreover, by clicking "Cart", you will obtain a detailed overview of your order, including taxes, with direct links towards the various steps to allow you to modify your creation in a few clicks.

You can follow the progress of your order at any time thanks to the horizontal arrow menu, by clicking a step, you can return easily to the one of it to visualize or modify your choices.

2.2. My CD

What are the differences between the types of Cds?

You can choose between three types of CD.

"Silver" corresponds to the classic CD which you usually find in stores.

"Carbon" is a completely black CD which does not cross off and whose guaranteed longevity is more important.

"Gold" is the luxury version; it is covered with a fine golden layer which confers an exceptional longevity, and the best guaranteed protection.

If I take a double Cd may I choose different type for each one ?

No, your 2 Cds will have the same support; you cannot choose 2 different types. On the other hand, it is up to you to select 2 artworks!

2.3. My artwork

What is an artwork ?

The artwork is the image that will be printed on the superior face of your CD. Quite as the tracks, you have several choices of Artworks which you can visualize simultaneously by clicking ?to See all artworks?.

If I take double Cd may I choose different artwork for each one ?

Yes, you will have the choice of the artwork for each of your Cds to distinguish them.

2.4. My Bonus

What is a bonus ?

A bonus is a product which the artist or the label proposes in addition during the purchase of Cd. It can be live Cd, object of merchandising for example. The choice of a bonus appears before the choice of the booklet. It?s not compulsory.

Bonuses are accumulative but are not compulsory to be able to finalize your purchase.

2.5. My packaging

What is a packaging ?

A "packaging" is the packaging (box, deluxe box) allowing to tidy up Cds. It is in this packaging conceived to tidy up a tracklisting and\or a booklet as well as Cds that you will receive your order.

How many Cds can I put in the packaging?

Everything depends on the choice proposed by the Artist or the Label.

2.6. Mon Booklet

What are differences between booklets ?

The 4 pages tracklisting is the version delivered by default which includes the list and the order of the tracks of Cd. If it is double Cds, two tracklisting will be delivered.

If the artist or the label decides to propose others booklet, for example the universe of the artist through his pictures, the drawings, the texts...The personalized tracklisting will be delivered without additional cost.

2.7. «Preselections, Top of sales, others »

What does « Preselections » or « Top » means ?

?Preselections? are choices of tracks selected directly by the Artist or the Label (by atmosphere, with regard to their own tastes, album release).

It is possible to validate directly these selections or to be inspired by it to create your Cd.

They become again your selection, ?My selection?, after any brought modifications.

Careful! Before loading a selection created by a ?Preselection? or a "Top", do not forget to save your own selection, otherwise it will be erased.

What does « Others » means ?

This function is not always available; it depends of the choice of the Artist or the Label.

You will find in this section one of fix product not customizable connected to the artist or to the label that you can add to your basket.

III. MY INFOS / CREATE AN ACCOUNT / MY PROFILE

3.1. Loging

How can I register me?

Begin by going back ?to Create an account?, which you will reach by clicking the grey zone at the top of the window. Fill the area ?You are new client? by entering the information asked in the various fields. You have to fill all the fields to be able to register you. Finally, read the ?General terms of sale? and tick the corresponding box, then validate your recording. You will receive an email indicating you that your registration was well taken into account.

The button ?My Infos? is now colored and shows your login.

If you are already registered, in the same area, fill fields ?Username? and ?Password? in ?You be already registered?.

What does « General terms of sale» means ?

By ticking the box, you are legally considered as having read the completeness of this document.

The " General terms of sale " are the legal information which you have to know when you take an order on the site. They contain the obligations and the commitments which the sale company takes towards you and the rights and duties which you have to her.

Thus read attentively this document and print it if you wish.

What can I do if I lost my password ?

If you are already registered but that you lose or forget your password, you can ask to obtain a new from it by clicking ?forgotten Password?? at the bottom of the area ?You are already registered? in ?Create an account?. A pop-up will ask you to enter the e-mail address with which you registered, then after validation you will receive a link in order to define your new password.

3.2. My selections

What does « My selections » means ?

In ?My profile?, you will find a section ?My Backups?.

You have the possibility of creating several selections of ?Tracklisting? and other characteristics of appearance and contents of Cd, of naming them and of saving them (thanks to the button situated in the bottom of the window "Save").

You can then choose to buy Cd or downloads corresponding to one of your selections, to offer it, to send the selection to a friend, or still to load a selection to modify it.

How can i load my backup ?

In ?My infos?, in the section ?My Backups? containing your personal selections. To load one, you just have to select it (when a line is selected it becomes colored) and to click "yes".

Can I do more than one backup?

Yes, you can save so many selections as you wish it.

How can I recognize my selection ?

You will be brought to give a name to your selections at the time of saving them, then if you intend to realize some, name them carefully to be able to remember you then of their contents!

Can I buy the same Cd another time to make a gift ?

Naturally! If you wish to modify it, you just have to click your backup in ?My backup? in ?My infos?.

Otherwise, for exactly the same Cd, click "Check out" in ?My order? or in ?My Backup?, and, in the delivery area; enter the address of your happy friend instead of yours!

3.3. My downloads

How can I download my bought tracks ?

Once your digital selection validated and bought, find it in ?My profile?, ?My downloads? to download it. Every track is downloadable separately: click simply the name of the tracks to launch the transfer. The not yet downloaded tracks contain the mention ?Download?, on the contrary those whom you have already downloaded are tinted and indicate ?Downloaded?.

To be faster and more effective and according to the quality of your connection, we recommend you to load no more than 3 tracks at the same time.

If i got a problem during the download process of my track, can I download it again ?

The link of every track remains active during 48 hours after the first attempt of download, so as to counter in any failure of transmission. Do not worry if you have a cut of connection or if you are forced to interrupt the transfer, even if a title is tinted to indicate you that it was already ?Downloaded?, you just have to click on it to launch the download one more time.

3.4. Shipping and Invoice

What are the shipping zone prices ?

Do I have an invoice and a delivery voucher ?

In ?My infos?, section ?My orders?, you will find the list of your purchases in tabular form. For every purchase, you can download and print the invoice and the delivery voucher, thanks to the links planned for that purpose in the table, in front of the date of every purchase.

For each of your purchases, you will receive after the validation of your payment, an e-mail including your invoice under Pdf format.

Do I have a parcel tracking number ?

Yes, in ?My infos?, section ?My orders?, you will find a link tracking number for every orders. Click on it to obtain the details of the delivery.

This information can appear that after treatment of your order under 24/48 hours.

How long time take my order to be sent and under which deadline I receive it ?

The products are dispatched only after your effective payment.

Below the deadlines maxima of delivery:

Metropolitan France: 72 hours according to the indicative times given by the Post office

Europe: 5 weeks;

Rest of the world: the deadlines will be indicated for a country given on request.

These deadlines are indicated provided in particular availability of the Products.

What happens if I am not at home for the delivery ?

The parcel is delivered at home. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, a calling card is put down in your mailbox.

May I return my order ?

In the event of delivery of a physical Product (CD and its accessories), since the Product was not loosened, i.e. that packing remained intact, in accordance with the provisions of the L.121-20 articles and L. 121-20-2 of the Code of Consumption, the User lays out a seven (7) clear days deadline as from the reception of the Products, to exert its right of revocation and to turn over the Product, without having to justify reasons nor to have to pay penalties.

On the other hand, you keep with your load the expenses of back shipping cost. (General Terms of sale)

3.5. Payment

What I have to do for the payment process ?

When your order is ready you can visualize it at any time by clicking ?Cart?, in the corner below on the right of the window, you just have to click the link ?Buy?, and you are redirected on a secure payment page.

Do I have choice for the payment method ?

You have the choice for payment cards (CB / VISA / EUROCARD MASTERCARD / AMEX and MAESTRO) via our partner bank BPAtalntique.

Is taht a secured payment ?

The payment is completely secured thanks to the on-line payment system of our banking partner: BPAtlantique
